Application Timeline

DAY 1

Surface Prep

Concrete grind, dust removal, damp proof if needed. 4-8 hours depending on substrate.

DAY 1-2

Primer Coat

Apply EP100 primer. 12-16 hours cure before next coat.

DAY 2-3

Topcoat

Apply EP200 topcoat in 2 thin layers for uniform coverage.

DAY 3-7

Cure

Full chemical and mechanical cure. No traffic for 7 days.
